Writing about training is not something I've been too interested in. I think about it a lot. I talk about it too much. I am a trainer for a living. I train religiously. So now I am endeavoring myself to write about it on this blog for the third time.
I let the blog go dormant for over a year and have now decided to make something of it. The main concern I had in working on this was that I didn't want to contribute to the information overload about training and repeat all the same ideas over and over.
I will be posting a few items in the next couple of days that I think will be helpful to other trainers and trainees, posts which will hopefully contain some original content. A few topics include my struggles with injuries, my favorite recovery tools and techniques, and a write-up of Viking Fest which will kickoff my year of strongman competition.
