NYC Strongman Strength & Conditioning Class
A group class that uses strongman implements to build strength and conditioning. This class is co-taught by Chad Canter and Hans Pirman. Beginners and Advanced trainees are welcome.
Saturdays at Global Strongman Gym. 10am-11:15am. $25.
Strongman Seminars
These classes focus on a single lift and trainees must commit to a four week training block. Seminars will also be capped at four participants so more attention to form can be given. These classes can also coincide with local competitions, a great tool for novice competitors.
